Cake Decorating Class

Tuesday night I taught a cake decorating class at our church. The ward was kind enough to provide babysitters which I needed for our five since Scott's gone. The kids loved it because they watched Big Hero 6 and got to play on some electronics.

I provided the women with 2 frosting recipes and a fondant recipe which they were to make before hand and bring with them, along with a cake. These women were amazing and created beautiful cakes!

Someone made a funny comment about the look of our practice brown shells on the parchment paper which brought on some serious laughter. :)

I sure love these ladies and am going to miss them. Keep up the good work! Practice makes permanence.
