Annabelle Rojean Smith

Here is our newest family photo!
Annabelle was born Saturday February 16th at 121pm in the Alta View Hospital in Sandy, Utah. She weighed 7 lbs. 2 oz. and was 20 inches long. She has the same light coloring as Elisabeth, light brown hair and blueish eyes.
We went to the hospital yesterday morning for my scheduled induction. My doctor started me on pitocin around 10am but I didn't actually start feeling contractions until about 11am. I got an epidural around noon and felt the need to push an hour later but my doctor wasn't ready! The nurses said, "Oh! I can see her head, but don't push because the doctor is next door delivering someone else!" Those were an uncomfortable 20 minutes of waiting, but we did fine and as soon as the doctor arrived I pushed and out she came! Everything went very well, I feel great and Annabelle is healthy and strong and so we were able to come home fast. The family loves her, Elisabeth can't get enough of her and we're all just so pleased to have her join our family.

The pictures look great! And what a bonus that you looked great for the delivery! It makes the first pictures more...pleasant. Yahoo for inductions. I hope your first night at home goes well. You and Annabelle look like you have lots of quality help.

Elisa, you are my new hero. You have a beautiful baby in a matter of a few hours, didn't get a hair out of place while doing so, are full of beautiful, happy smiles, and have already returned home and made a slideshow no less! Congratulations! Hope you recover well and the next few days and weeks go well.

Yes I agree you look way too good for after labor shots. Especially since you hardly look like you were barely pregnant. Congratulations-she's a cutie.

Congrats you guys! You have such a sweet family. Annabelle is precious. We still remember how cute Elizabeth was at Wymount. She always had the cutest and happiest personality and smile! It is amazing how different each child can be even when they are babies! Enjoy little Annabelle--having a little baby in the house is so sweet and fun.
