Sick Children Update

The last time Elisabeth threw up was at Charlie's doctor's appointment, so that's good news. The last time Charles threw up was around 1230am this morning so that's good news too. The bad news is that now we're on to stage two of this sickness which is diarrhea. Elisabeth doesn't have it too bad, she only went a few times today but Charles has been going every 5-10 minutes for the last few hours. Too avoid a really sore bum we're changing his diapers immediately, using water on a paper towel or toilet paper to wipe him up (instead of baby wipes) and we've been putting either vaseline or desitin on after each change...so far it doesn't look too red and painful so that's the other good news....and they're both still in pretty good spirits. We're always praying for them and we hope that all this yucky stuff ends soon.

Oh, that is such a 'bummer'. You are blessed with amazing kids if they are still in good spirits. You haven't been giving them 'spirits' have you? Tisk, tisk. The cooking sherry is only for Cooking. -JK- obviously you are doing a wonderful job taking care of them. Good luck tonight.

And I LOVED 25 Mistakes (etc.)I thought it had really good advice, quotes, and one liners. I want to know the others books like that you have read.

And don't feel bad. I think at a book club we are supposed to look at literary skills, not just if we liked it. Plus, we agree on all of the books we have read. At least I have good company. Oh, and my friend recommends "The Great and the Terrible" series. LDS, fiction. I am starting one this week. I will let you know.

Poor babies...and poor parents. Caring for sick kiddies is hard work, but sound like you are taking it in stride :).
